Onsite surveys and investigations such as noise monitoring, topographical surveys, ecological assessments and ground investigations, to understand constraints and inform our initial plans for the site.
Early Stakeholder Engagement
Engagement with key stakeholders to provide local knowledge and insight to help shape our initial thoughts for the Friar Park site.
Phase 1 Consultation
Six-week consultation to present first thoughts and masterplan options. Providing people an opportunity to:
- review what has been presented;
- ask questions about the information; and
- provide feedback to inform further development of the plans.
Development of our plans following review and consideration of stakeholder feedback and ongoing site investigations.
Phase 2 Consultation
Six-week consultation to present preferred masterplan. Providing people the opportunity to:
- view how their feedback has informed the development of the plans; and
- provide final comments ahead of finalising the proposals.
