Our Partners

West Midlands Combined Authority and Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council have appointed Tibbalds CampbellReith JV to support them in masterplanning a new residential-led urban village community in Friar Park.

The scheme will facilitate regeneration of this brownfield site to provide much-needed housing for the local community.

As lead consultants on the project, Tibbalds CampbellReith JV have selected a team of expert partner consultants. Together we will deliver the range of technical skills necessary to address the complex and related issues, unlocking the development potential of the Friar Park site.

In line with the values and ethos of the Tibbalds CampbellReith team, our partner consultants are all selected for their empathy, technical excellence and their knowledge and experience of dealing with complex projects of this nature.

Having worked together on several similar schemes in the past, they understand each other, and share common values and principles. Most of all, they share a combined desire to see a positive outcome on this site that we – our team and the local community – can all be proud of.

We are all passionate about what we do, the legacies we leave and the communities we enhance. Ultimately, we want to deliver a place that local people have shaped through their own visions, views and aspirations – a place that they can be proud to call home.
